What is RewaqHub?
RewaqHub is a workspace operations platform that helps operators manage customers, spaces, bookings, billing, visitors, and day-to-day operations from one connected platform.
Is RewaqHub only for coworking spaces?
No. RewaqHub is being designed for organizations that operate shared or rentable spaces, including business centers, flexible offices, incubators, and training centers.
Will customers have their own portal?
Yes. A dedicated customer portal is planned separately from the workspace administration experience.
Will RewaqHub support multiple branches?
Yes. Multi-branch operation is part of the planned first complete product release.
Will RewaqHub include online payments?
Electronic payment integration is part of the planned first complete release.
Does RewaqHub replace accounting software?
No. RewaqHub will manage operational invoicing and payment visibility while integrating with a supported accounting system for specialized accounting functions.
Will RewaqHub support WhatsApp?
Selected operational WhatsApp notifications are planned. RewaqHub is not intended to become a WhatsApp marketing platform.
Does RewaqHub control doors and access systems?
RewaqHub is planned to integrate with supported access-control platforms. It will not manufacture access-control hardware.
Will RewaqHub have mobile applications?
Native mobile applications are not part of the first complete release. The initial customer experience will be web-based and responsive.
